Cascade Falls offers pet friendly apartments and welcomes both cats and dogs. You’ll both enjoy our expansive green spaces and courtyards to walk, run, and play throughout the property, and can meet new friends on the trails at the Summit and Sand Run Metro Parks nearby!

We have a limit of 2 pets per apartment, and some breed restrictions apply. We’re confident your pet will love living at Cascade Falls Apartments as much as our human residents do!
